Leading the deployment team of the FASTORY line

During three months I leaded and coordinated a team of 6 persons for installing and deploying the FASTORY line. I was in charge of distributing tasks and purchasing the needed components for the deployment. The line is used as demonstrator for showing the usage of the latest IT technologies on legacy industrial equipment.
The line is composed by 13 SCARA robots, a conveyor system and a machine vision inspection unit. This line has been used in five EU research projects, 25 MSc thesis and more than 15 conference papers and journals.
